Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
The following conditions must be strictly followed for depositing and withdrawing funds on the bajiilive platform:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200, which applies equally to all payment methods.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour after verification.
- Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers
bajiilive offers various bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing players. These offers are subject to the following conditions:
- Welcome Bonus: 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳16,000 gives a ৳15,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳31,000.
- Wagering Requirement: For the welcome bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal.
- Completing the wagering requirement is mandatory in order to withdraw winnings earned using bonus funds.
- A bonus offer applies only once per account, per household and per IP address.
- bajiilive reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel bonus offers at any time.
- If abuse of the bonus programme is detected, the relevant account may be closed.
The VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier provides a weekly cashback benefit, starting from 0.3% at Bronze and going up to 1.5% at Diamond. Moving to a higher tier brings additional benefits.
Betting Rules and Restrictions
Betting activities on the bajiilive platform are governed by the following general rules:
- Once a bet is confirmed it is considered final and cannot be cancelled, unless the bet is voided due to a technical error.
- For sports betting, the outcome of any match will be determined based on internationally recognised results.
- If a match or event is cancelled, the funds for the relevant bet will be refunded.
- In live betting, odds are variable and may be updated at any time.
- Maximum bet amounts and winning limits are set separately for each game and event.

Prohibited Activities

- Participating in or assisting with match or result manipulation.
- Attempting to hack, crack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's software or systems.
- Using another person's account or placing bets in the name of a third party.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegally concealing funds.
- Playing games using automated bots or software.
- Providing false, misleading or incomplete information.
bajiilive reserves the right to report any information related to fraud or deceptive activities to law enforcement authorities.
Account Suspension and Closure
bajiilive reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
- Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
- Detection of suspicious or unusual betting patterns.
- Use of an account by a minor.
- Court order or directive from a regulatory authority.
An account can also be closed at the user's request. In this case, the valid balance remaining in the account will be returned, however any pending bonuses will be cancelled. If a self-exclusion request is made for responsible gaming reasons, it will be actioned immediately.
